Q: Why is shipping so high?

A: Shipping is over estimated in our system.  Shipping is calculated based on the actual weight of the box after we process and package your order.  As such, your shipping is going to be reduced.  Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order.  Please be informed that we do not make any money off of shipping and we always package effectively in order to alleviate your shipping burden.

Q: How can I lower shipping charges?

A: Both UPS and FEDEX charge $11.50 per box for the COD services performed.  As such, if you prepay using Credit Card when you submit an order, you do not have to pay for COD fees.

Q: How soon can I receive my order?

A: All orders leave our warehouse in two business days, no exception.  Depending on your location, UPS and/or FEDEX transit time could take from 1 to 4 days.

Q: Is it secure to order from this site?

A:  We guarantee your security 100%.  Every time you shop at Dejavu Pipe, you are shopping on a secure server that encrypts all of your personal data including name, address, phone number and credit card information.  To protect you and your credit card information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the best software available today for secure commerce transactions

Q: Do you sell or trade my information?

A: Absolutely not!

Q: Do you ship orders discreetly?  Will the package have any pictures or words on it?

A: We ship via UPS or FEDEX, which ever is cheaper in plain white or brown unmarked packaging.

A: You can track and trace your shipment real time online via UPS or FEDEx.
